What kind of man is my dream man? Almost every woman has probably asked herself this or a similar question at some point. At the latest, when the first crush is standing at the door or waiting for you at a cafe on a date, the first questions of this kind come up. But what is a dream man? Should he be good-looking? At what point does he count as good-looking? When might he even count as hot? And when is he also a nice guy, so that he becomes a dream man and something more could come of it? In the following, the topic of describing your dream man is examined more closely, and based on my experience one evening, I'll try to bring a little clarity to my own description of a dream man.

Describing Your Dream Man - What Is Truly Attractive About a Man, and When Does He Start to Seem Attractive?

Yesterday evening, toward the end of the workday, I was sitting in front of my laptop in a stylish cafe, waiting for my friend. We wanted to grab a bite to eat for dinner, but once again she was running late. Somehow that suited me fine, since it gave me time to polish a few things in my latest article. After all, I still had to look it over one last time before I could hand it in. I was just sipping from my glass and glanced up for a brief moment, and there I saw him standing. Tall, well built, and with a roguish smile. I looked over and had to smile. He was attractive, without a doubt. I wanted to get back to my work and turned to my screen, since it was, after all, deadline. But suddenly there were nice, clean men's shoes right in my line of sight.

I looked up and there he was. He had actually come to my table and was now standing right there with his glass of wine. I thought I was dreaming and returned his smile, flashing my white teeth. But just at that moment, as I was thinking what a dream man, he asked me in a squeaky, not at all attractive voice whether I'd like to have a drink with him, and my idea of my dream man description was truly gone. I politely declined and, to my own surprise, suddenly saw him with completely different eyes. Can a voice really diminish a man's attractiveness?

Does a man need a deep, even rough voice? Do I only find a man attractive if he actually has masculine attributes? Doesn't a dream man need more than just a dream body, a chiseled face, and a masculine voice? Would I really give in to this seemingly superficial dream man description?

Describing Your Dream Man - A Man to Fall in Love With. But Where Do You Find Him?

The next morning at the office, still caught up in my thoughts from the evening before about this supposed dream man, it seemed to me that my idea of a dream man needed to expand. What about talkativeness, quick wit, charm, or even intelligence? What good is a dream body if I can laugh because a (dream) man told me a funny story? Should I even turn around and look for a dream man hiding in one of my colleagues who wear glasses? I gathered my courage and dared to glance into the open office of my editorial team. Sure enough, at the other end of the room stood George, my funny colleague with glasses who has an incredible amount of charm, smiling at me. By the way, his voice is deep and sounds sexy.
