A man should simply embody the fact that he can also get his hands dirty. Many women prefer men with noticeable body hair and a strong beard, because this subconsciously signals to women that he is very masculine and fertile. Likewise, a deep male voice comes across as more attractive to women than a high or squeaky one.

Good-looking men — have rather slight, slender, and short men now lost out?

Don't worry — even if a man wasn't blessed by nature with a lush beard and well-packed muscles, a rather slight or short-statured man can still do plenty to fall into the category of good-looking men too, because even small men can come out on top if they have the right charisma and a strong character. But even on the outside, slighter men can do quite a bit to present an attractive appearance.

Good-looking men absolutely need to be well-groomed and pleasant-smelling for women, even if the rugged type of man wins over the most women's hearts. No woman wants a man who has more cosmetics in his bathroom cabinet than she does and smells like an entire perfume counter, but a man, despite a rugged and masculine look, must under no circumstances come across as unkempt. He absolutely needs a well-groomed appearance, and his hairstyle should sit right. Women also value good-looking men for having their own style with a recognizable signature.

It's not just women who should have their very own style — men, too, should know how best to dress to skillfully showcase their strengths. That's why a man can score points with women through his own style, once he knows how to present himself best with his own way of dressing. Shoes shouldn't be neglected either — women pay more attention to them than men might think. Which shoes and clothes a man chooses says a great deal about him to women.
